Also, a Class III hitch receiver has a 2 inch opening. The 2 inch accepts a larger variety of bike racks and other accessories than a 1-1/4 inch will. If it turns out you need to carry a 1-1/4 inch accessory it's also a lot easier to use a reducer from the 2 inch than it is to go the other way.

I have a solution for you, but the the tires on your bike are 2.8" wide and the Swagman XTC-2 # S64670 can only accommodate tires up to 2.5" wide in the included wheel holders. You'll need swap the wheel holders out for the Swagman Fat Tire Bike Adapters # S64674 to allow your oversized wheels to seat comfortable in the holders.
